Dear valued customer/s.

As you may or may not have seen on local/national news media outlets, on the morning of Wednesday July 30th at 9:20am, there was a factory fire on the industrial estate where our premises are located here in Cannock, Staffordshire, UK. This fire caused quite substantial disruption to all of the surrounding businesses located on said industrial estate.

We are deeply saddened to confirm that this fire was indeed at our very own premises. The silver lining, if there is to be one on this occasion, is that with the correct fire evacuation training having been undertaken and practiced by all employees, the evacuation procedure was followed by all, quickly, safely and efficiently, meaning that there were no serious casualties. One person was seen to by the attending paramedic services and attended hospital on a precautionary basis, thankfully he was ok and everyone made it home to our families safely that same evening. 

The full extent of the damage to our premises are yet to be fully confirmed so as such because the health and safety of our members of staff/team is paramount to us and also due to the lack of the most basic and essential utilities not currently being supplied in to the building, such as electricity, gas, water and internet, we as a business have had no other option but to make the very hard decision to close down our premises for the next number of working days whilst investigations and assessments are continued and concluded.

All current orders are still active and live, as is the trading status of Radtec Cooling Ltd. All new and current email enquiries will continue to be answered as promptly as possible, as those members of staff who can work from home will be doing so but please bare with us initially as these communication systems are being setup today (01.08.2025).
